vervloekse ge-taggery

Ek haat sulke stoooooopid tag-speletjies. Ek neem egter die 5th as  dit kom by 5 ander tag.

Titel : Africa’s New Governance Models: Debating form and substance.

Attitudes toward policy and candidates as well as perceptions about groups tend to  be developed on the basis of party identification. Events are interpreted to fit with pre-existing loyalties and attachments. This partisan alignment tends to create stability and continuity since habitual patters of voting behavior tend to be sustained over a long time. The second model, the sociological model, emphasizes group membership and social alignments.

So daar.

  1. Yes, it creates stability, but a stagnate one, the lack of humanism in Africa is why I (IMHO) believe corruption thrives and innovation lacks. But hey, that only my 2 Zim cents worth.
